ATS Checker

See what the ATS actually sees.

Most resumes get filtered before a human reads them. We extract your resume the way Workday, Greenhouse, and Lever do — then tell you exactly what's broken.

FAQ

Which ATS systems do you simulate?

We model the parse and scoring rules common to Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, Taleo, iCIMS, and Ashby — multi-column detection, table flattening, header/footer skipping, date parsing, and section labeling.

Does ATS-friendly mean ugly?

No. Single-column with clear section headings, ASCII characters, and standard fonts is both ATS-friendly and good design. Fancy templates with sidebars are the problem.

How do I know my resume will parse?

Run it through our checker. We extract the same way an ATS does and show you the structured JSON. If something is missing in the JSON, it's missing from the parser's view too.

What's the most common ATS killer?

Two-column layouts. Parsers read left-to-right and serialize the wrong order, scrambling your work history.
